The Director of Finance and Resources is accountable to the Rector and Deputy Rector for the effective leadership and management of UNSW@ADFA resources and the implementation of resource related policy formulated by UNSW@ADFA.
Key functions include responsibility for: planning and developing effective administrative resources and services to assist the Rector in developing UNSW@ADFA and in implementing UNSW@ADFA and UNSW policy; providing high level advice and support to the Rector and Deputy Rector on a broad range of issues and strategies relating to the efficient management of UNSW@ADFA resources; and the development, implementation and assessment of a wide range of operational policy options and administrative procedures.
