The School of ACME offers Bachelor degree programs in Aeronautical, Civil & Mechanical Engineering as well as Aeronautical and Aviation Technology to Australian Defence Personnel. Postgraduate opportunities (coursework & research) are offered to both civilian and defence personnel. The School is active in a wide range of research and consulting activities.

Undergraduate Studies:- Five undergraduate degree programs are available. Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical/Civil/Mechanical) and Bachelor of Technology (Aeronautical Engineering/Aviation).

Postgraduate Studies:- Postgraduate students can undertake either coursework (MEngSc, GradDipEngSc, GradCertEngSc) or research degrees (ME, PhD).

Students are involved in other activities eg. Warman Competition (design & build competition Aero & Mech students), Formulae SAE electric vehicle, Women in Engineering, Engineering Australia Young Engineers and a wide range of field trips.

The School undertakes leading edge research in several topics within Aerospace, Civil and Mechanical Engineering.

Consulting services are offered within the same disciplines.

School seminars are held on Mondays at 12:30 in Room 211, Lecture Theatres North.

ACT Fluid Seminars are held on Thursdays, alternating between ADFA and ANU.

Students and staff have access to facilities such as a well equiped library, laboratories, workshop, field equipment, purpose-built classrooms, design office and computer laboratories.
