The University occupied buildings and facilities at the Australian Defence Force Academy are Commonwealth owned and maintained. No work or maintenance is to be undertaken in any building without Department of Defence approval.

Defence Support Group is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the physical facilities at ADFA. This unit has responsibility for maintenance and refurbishment of facilities, as well as landscaping, security and cleaning services.

Reporting of Building and Facilities Hazards Persons experiencing problems with the building or facilities should contact their building manager.

New Works/Minor New Works

All new work needs to be approved by the Defence Support Group prior to any work commencing. The first step is to completed the works request form which should be forwarded to the Manager, OHS & Facilities.
