During December 2009 a review was conducted of the operation of the 2003 Agreement. The revised UNSW@ADFA Occupational Health and Safety Agreement was signed by the Rector and the three Union representatives on the 15th December 2009.

Please take the time to read the Agreement as it contains important information on how the ACT OHS Act is implemented at UNSW@ADFA. The Agreement references the Schedule of Committees and Worker Consultation Units and complements the OHS Policy Statement and the OHS Responsibility and Accountability Statement.
