A Joint initiative of the Australian Centre for the Study of Armed Conflict and Society (ACSACS) UNSW Canberra and the Air Power Development Centre (APDC), RAAF

The Sir James Rowland Seminars honour the contribution of Air Marshal Sir James Rowland, former Chief of the Air Staff (1975-79), to the development and understanding of Australian air power. It is a forum aimed at bringing together air power practitioners, academics, Defence personnel, members of other government agencies, as well as students of armed conflict and international security to broaden understanding of air power as part of the nation’s defence and security.
