Course Assistance

While FLT has a particular responsibility to work with lecturers offering Distance Mode courses, all lecturers are welcome to request assistance with course (or program) design.

Major course development projects can move through all development phases, but most lecturers will find some more or less relevant than others (and we seldom get involved in the delivery phase so that is not included here). Within this area we invite you to determine which areas you would like us involved in and the extent of involvement you prefer.

You may include us in one, all, or part of these:

1. Exploring your needs and thinking through ideas
2. Analysing, planning, working out what's feasible and how it needs to work
3. Producing materials and getting them out to students
4. Testing individual resources and evaluating their success in the context of your course
