Taking over an OLIVEcourse

If you are taking over someone else's course that already has an existing WebCT site. Youl will need to notify email the OLIVE team of the

• Course code and name
• Name of previous lecturer
• Name (and staff number) of new lecturer

When you have access you can decide to

• Clean out and rework the site yourself
• Ask for the site to be rolled over (all previous student info removed but materials left alone)
• Work with someone in the Flexible Learning Team to rethink and redevelop the site
