Taking over a WebCT course

If you are taking over someone else's course that already has an exsisting WebCT site. Your Head of School will need to notify Wanda of the

• Course code and name
• Name of previous lecturer (WebCT 'Instructor')
• Name (and staff number) of new lecturer

When you have access you can decide to

• Clean out and rework the site yourself
• Ask for the site to be rolled over by Wanda (all previous student info removed but materials left alone)
• Work with someone in the Flexible Learning Team to rethink and redevelop the site
• Ask for FLT to add new students on your behalf.
