What you can expect

You can expect that we will:

act as a first point of contact for your questions and concerns regarding off campus learning at UNSW @ ADFA
direct you to the appropriate people to answer your questions or address your concerns
act as an advocate on your behalf in issues relating to off campus courses or materials
listen to your concerns sensitively and preserve your privacy
seek feedback from you about your experience and opinions relating to off campus learning
post information relating to the improvement of off campus services as a result of your feedback on the UNSW @ ADFA website
send your course material as early as possible (usually 3-4 weeks) before the commencement of semester

We expect that you will:

keep your address current on MyUNSW
make sure that you have enrolled in the correct mode of study
organise your student ID card as a matter of priority
let us know if you have any issues or concerns regarding off campus courses at UNSW @ ADFA
