In the course of your study you might need to access various plug-ins, readers and media players. Use these links if you need to download them:

• Acrobat Reader

Accessing the Chat Rooms in WebCT

Your lecturer may have set up chat rooms in WebCT. If they have you will need to make sure that you have Java loaded on your machine. If you don't have it you can download it from here

Some fun stuff

Here are a couple of links to Microsoft Messenger and Skype Messenger. No matter where you are in the world you can instant message your friends and family with these free packages. If you and you friends and family have a webcam you can even have a live video conference. Great if you are feeling homesick!
