Governance
The team leaders from each of the four ETS work Teams meet formally with the Manager and the Office Manager as the ETS Manager’s Advisory Group (MAG). This forum aims to share information between the various work teams, provide advice for decision making, initiate and monitor strategic initiatives and develop and implement the ETS Quality Initiative.
The ETS Manager is a member of the Academic Support Management Group.
The Manager’s Advisory Group is scheduled fortnightly and chaired by the Manager ETS. Agenda and any papers are circulated the day before and notes and actions are available to all staff.
These are informal meetings, scheduled fortnightly, to enable all staff to stay up to date. The Manager reports on ASMG meetings as well as other relevant college information. Staff are encouraged to participate, raise relevant issues and share information. Notes and actions are available to all staff.
As part of its contribution to the further development of UNSW@ADFA, ETS undertakes a number of strategic initiatives each year. These are lead by ETS staff and often involve collaboration with other ASG staff.
