Mission
To support the quality improvement of teaching and learning, administration and research at ADFA through the provision of high quality educational technology support, products and services in flexible learning, design, media, copying and venue support to staff and students.
Goals
Within the UNSW Strategic Plan ETS focuses on the following University Priority goals and the UNSW@ADFA specific goals to:
- Provide appropriate cost effective educational support to the Schools and Centres and their students;
- Common Priority Goals C1.1; C2.3; C3.1; C3.3; C3.4; C3.5; C4.1

- Provide support for the administration of UNSW@ADFA;
