Photography

Photographs are taken in both the digital and film medium. The service provides a wide range of solutions to your photography requirements ranging from traditional negative slides and prints to original digital photography and scanning into the digital medium, of existing material for teaching, publication, research, public relations and web based applications.

Our services broadly include:
  • Location and studio based photography
  • Scanning of existing photographs and flat artwork into digital files.
  • Processing of digital images for printing, publication, display and inclusion into ‘PowerPoint’ presentations etc.
  • Colour film processing and printing.
  • Digital printing of photographs as inkjet prints, photo quality prints and high quality photocopies.
  • Black & white film processing and printing.
  • Duplication of images to 35mm slides.
  • Reproduction of flat copy originals to either film or digital capture.
  • Digital retouching of images.
  • Burning of images to CD and /or black & white and low resolution colour images emailed to your required destination.
  • Passport photos taken on Tuesday 9.30 - 12.00pm and 14.00 - 16.20pm.  Civilian shirt required.

 

Typical photographic assignments include recording of technical & scientific events, formal portraiture, public relation events, still life photography for brochures and other publications, graduation portraits, group portraits, photography for displays, posters etc and for inclusion into web pages.
