Conference Dinner
Booking
As an important part of the conference, the conference dinner is included in the registration fee. The dinner is to be held on Wednesday 6 July 2006 at 7 pm until 10 pm, and will include the announcements of student prizes. Please ensure that you indicate any special dietary requirements on your registration form at the time of completion.
Location
The venue for the dinner is the Member's Dining Room No. 2, Old Parliament House. Catering is by Ginger Catering. The venue can seat 180 at round tables. The meal consists of three courses (2 choices will be available for each course and drinks are provided for three hours of the dinner.
A bus ride to and from the dinner is provided. The buses will depart from and return to Olims Hotel. If you wish to take the bus, please be ready at 6:10pm on the Wednesday evening.
Guests
Guests are welcome to attend the conference dinner at a cost of $95 per guest.
