Five ways to encourage gender equity in the workplace


UNSW Canberra Senior Lecturer Dr Sue WIlliamson describes the five qualities of middle managers progressing gender equity in the workplace.

UNSW Canberra researchers, along with research partners at CQUniversity, the University of Sydney, NSW Government, Queensland Government, Government of South Australia and the Tasmanian Government have released a guide outlining many more tips.
