Strengthening the Performance Management Framework

This is a ground breaking collaborative, three year research project with, and funded by, the Australian Public Service Commission. It involves the University of Canberra, the University of Melbourne (originally Australian National University) and the University of New South Wales at Canberra. It commenced in October 2011 and, reflecting concerns raised in the Ahead of the Game report in 2010 in terms of the performance management processes and systems with the Australian Public Service, it is looking at how to Develop High Performance.
