On The Religion and Ethics Report with Andrew West 

The Defence Minister, Linda Reynolds, and defence chiefs are now examining a report into Australian military action in Afghanistan, including allegations that soldiers killed unarmed civilians.

Just last week, army chief Rick Burr told his members the allegations were “extremely serious and deeply troubling”.

So what might this report reveal about military culture and even some aspects of its training?
