Institutional and Legal Dynamics of Antarctic Governance in a Changing World


Professor Shirley Scott recently participated in a discussion of Antarctic and Southern Ocean governance at the International Studies Association conference in San Francisco. Discussion focused on how institutional interplay is a key variable in shaping the development, robustness and effectiveness of the Antarctic regime complex.
