The Client Service Officer is jointly responsible for a range of processing tasks and the provision of a range of services to clients related to student administration including: NSS processing (admissions, enrolments, progress issues, credit, graduation); student advice and enquiries; degree structure advice and graduation checks; assistance with research student and international student matters.
