Misreading the timetable and/or the instructions will not be accepted as a reason for failing to attend an examination.

Examination Timetables

Timetable	Release Date
Semester 2, 2008 Provisional Timetable	Friday, 5th September 2008
Semester 2, 2008 Final Timetable	Friday, 10th October 2008

If the information is incorrect after the publication of the Final Examination Timetable, the associated lecturer is to submit a class list signed by all candidates to Student Administrative Services, indicating that all students are aware of the changes.

Student Identification Cards

Candidates are required to display their Academy Student Identification Card on their desk in the examination room for the duration of the examination.

Students without a Student Identification Card will be required to:

• produce another form of Photo Identification (ie. Driver's Licence / Military ID); and
  
• complete a "UNSW@ADFA Attendance at Exam without Student ID Card" form before entering the examination room.
  
• present their Student ID Card to the Student Administrative Services counter within 24 hours of sitting the exam.

Candidates who do not have a Student Identification Card must obtain another Card before sitting for any subsequent examinations.

Replacement Student Identification Cards are available from the ICTS Service Desk.

Exam Location Codes

In the body of the timetable is a column headed "Venue". The following codes should be used when looking at this column:

• AH - Adams Hall (Military Building) - [Building 2]

• GYM - Gymnasium (Indoor Sports Complex) - [Building 5]

• LT8 - North Lecture Theatre - [Building 32]

• LT12 - North Lecture Theatre - [Building 32]
