Provisional Examination Timetable - Session 1, 2008

Check that all aspects of your exam are correct including the materials listed for your examination. If the information is incorrect after the publication of the Final Examination timetable, the lecturer concerned is required to submit a class list that has been signed by all candidates, indicating that all students are aware of the changes, to the Student Administrative Services.

This timetable is only provisional and you MUST NOT rely on the proposed times for examinations listed to make other arrangements (such as applications for leave, holiday and flight arrangements). UNSW requires students to be available for the entirety of the examination period for assessment as required.

Examination Clashes and Changing the Time of Examinations

Students who have a clash of examinations or four* consecutive examinations held over two or three consecutive days, should submit a request to have one of the examinations transferred to another time. Requests are to be made via the Examination Clash form which must be submitted to Student Administrative Services no later than Wednesday 30 April 2008.

* Please note that requests from students with less than four consecutive examinations will not be considered.

The time of examinations will only be varied in exceptional circumstances. Please note that for undergraduate students the term "exception circumstances" does not include sporting commitments or requests for early leave.

Exam Location Codes

In the body of the timetable is a column headed "Venue". The following codes should be used when looking at this column:
