Graduation Checklist
All graduating students MUST:
Read the Graduation information on the Student Gateway (www.unsw.adfa.edu.au/student/graduation)
Check that your personal information on your Graduation Ticket is correct. If there is an error you should contact Student Administrative Services IMMEDIATELY. In particular, please check that :
• your name is shown correctly
• your degree details are correct including your majors
• your attendance status is correct.
Check that your contact details are correct. If changes are required please update your details immediately on myUNSW (www.my.unsw.edu.au). Please update your home and mailing addresses, contact telephone numbers and personal email addresses (other than your ADFA student email account).
Check that you have cleared all your outstanding debts with the University. Debts are all fees, loans, library fines and equipment. For information about fees please check your myUNSW (www.my.unsw.edu.au) online student record or contact Student Administrative Services.
IF YOU ARE ATTENDING YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONY YOU MUST ALSO:
Ensure that you have paid for the hire of your Academic Dress. These charges MUST be paid by Wednesday 26th November. For information about payments, please contact the Cashier by email (cashier@adfa.edu.au) or telephone (02 6268 8718).
Collect your Academic Dress on Monday, 8 December You will not be able to collect your Academic Dress on the day of the Ceremony.
Ensure that you have registered at the Registration Desk in the foyer of Adams Hall between 9:00am and 9:30am if you are attending the Business, Humanities and Social Sciences Ceremony and between 1:30pm and 2:00pm if you are attending the Engineering, Science and Technology Ceremony.
Ensure that you are seated in Adams Hall no later than 10am if you are attending the morning ceremony and 2:00pm for the afternoon ceremony. If you are not seated by these times, you will be graduated in absentia and you will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
