Academic Dress

All graduands are required to wear academic dress during the Degree Conferring Ceremonies. You can order your academic dress when you return your Intention to Graduate 2008 form.

Payment

Academic dress hire fees for the 2008 Ceremonies are $75.00* (including GST) for the Gown, Hood and Trencher or Bonnet. Hire charges must be paid by Wednesday, 26 November 2008 to ensure a timely issue of gowns prior to the ceremony.

Credit card payments can be made on the Intention to Graduate 2008 form. Please contact Student Administrative Services if you require a receipt for credit card payments.

Cash payments should be made to the University Cashier at UNSW@ADFA, which is located in Room 102 of the Administration Building at ADFA. The telephone number of the University Cashier is +61 2 6268 8718 and the email address is cashier@adfa.edu.au.

Collection of Academic Dress

Lecture Theatres North will be open for collection of academic dress from 8:00am-7:00pm on Monday 8 December 2008. This will be the only opportunity to collect academic dress, unless you have made special arrangements.

Return of Academic Dress

You must return your academic dress to the hire venue in Lecture Theatres North by no later than 5:00pm on the day of graduation (10 December 2008). The academic dress is returned to Sydney on that evening for use at a UNSW Kensington graduation ceremony on the following day.

Failure to return your academic dress by this time will incur a late fee of $50.00.
