Research Completion Scholarships Guidelines

1 UNSW@ADFA Completion Scholarships for research students will be funded by 50% through the relevant School and 50% from the Research Office. Normally up to 6 Completion Scholarships could be awarded annually.
2 Applications for these scholarships will be considered on a competitive basis in June and November each year.
3 Completion Scholarships will only be available to candidates whose completion can be very confidently predicted by the Supervisor and the School to occur within 6 months of the award. The nomination and all conditions must be fully endorsed by the student, Supervisor and Head of School.

  • All fee-paying international students should submit on or before the applicable census date (31 March or 31 August). Enrolment beyond these dates will incur full fees for the corresponding session.
  • All students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents and who have "extended enrolment" status should submit on or before 31 March in Session 1 or 31 August in Session 2 (DEST/HECS Census Date
