ICTS Service Desk

The ICTS Service Desk is a great place to find printed copies of user guides and tip sheets to assist with various on and off campus services.

The ICTS Service Desk offers the following services:

For Staff:

  • Email services
  • Change UNIPASS and ADFAPass passwords
  • Software for which UNSW@ADFA has site-wide licences
  • Support for in-house developed systems (TOAST etc.)
  • Re-issue damaged or lost staff ID cards

* Please note that the ICTS Service Desk is not the first point of contact for staff from Schools and Centres with in-house IT Support. Staff from these Schools and Centres should contact their local IT group.

For Students:

  • Email services
  • Change ADFAPass passwords
  • Re-issue damaged or lost Student ID cards ( Note Fee of $10 applies for lost or stolen cards)
  • Student network services: Connection of personal student computers to the UNSW@ADFA local area network

The ICTS Service Desk operates between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and may be contacted by email at helpdesk@adfa.edu.au or telephone on 02 6268 8140.
