Dinithi Padmasiri Mampe Kankanamalage

Dinithi commenced her Ph.D. in 2020 at the School of Business, UNSW Canberra. She has completed her Master of Business Administration in 2017 at the Postgraduate Institute of Sri Lanka and her Bachelor of Business Management (Special) Degree in Human Resource in 2014 at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Her research interests are in the fields such as Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Counselling, Training and Development, and Psychology. She enjoys teaching. She worked as a lecturer in one of the universities in Sri Lanka before starting her Ph.D. in Australia.
