Shut Up and Write is a student-led productivity program provided through UNSW Counselling Service designed to help students focus and get some work done!
Sessions run on Mondays and Wednesdays, 2pm to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 12pm, in The Lounge at the Academy Library (entrance level).
Bring along your laptop and have a project/work goal in mind. Meetings start with a brief chat to say hello and identify your goals for the session, followed by timed productivity sessions using the Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes of work followed by five-minute breaks, broken into 6 rounds across 3 hours.
Register here to secure your spot – and don’t forget to collect your free coffee/tea voucher for AAFCANS at the beginning of each session!
You are also welcome to make an appointment with one of the Library’s professional librarians for tailored research assistance (outside of the Shut Up and Write session times).
