Dr Nelia Hyndman-Rizk is a Senior Lecturer in Intercultural Management within the School of Business at UNSW, Canberra.


Professional Experience and Research Interests

Professional interests: Intercultural management, global teams, facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation and  entrepreneurship. Research interests include the Lebanese diaspora, multiculturalism, cross cultural competency In organisations  and in health, comparative ethnic entrepreneurship, gender and women's rights in the Middle East.
