2016 Academic High Achievers' Reception

The 2016 Academic High Achievers’ Reception was held at UNSW Canberra at ADFA on Thursday 07 April 2016. 

The university takes pride in celebrating academic success, and holds this reception annually in recognition of those students who excelled in their courses during 2015, new students to the Chief of Defence Force (CDF) Program, and those students who joined UNSW Canberra this year with outstanding high-school results - achieving a University Entrance Score of 95 or above. Professor John Arnold and Air Commodore Alan Clements addressed the students to congratulate them on their efforts and spoke about the importance of academic achievement for their future defence careers.

UNSW Canberra was also pleased to welcome non-defence and DCUS students to the reception who achieved a University Entrance Rank of 95 or above.
