Master of Project Management

The Master of Project Management is designed for those wishing to gain a more advanced understanding of the concepts and principles that underpin effective areas required to manage a project including: integration management, scope management, communications management, risk management, quality management, schedule management, cost management, human resource management, and procurement management.. In a context where those in public service are predominantly developing and executing projects this course would offer the opportunity to learn more about both the private and the public sector with the core courses being:

  • ZBUS8147 Business of Managing Projects 
  • ZEIT8302 Project Administration
