Advancing Global Knowledge in Effective Public Policy Implementation
Research within the Public Service Research Group broadly focuses on issues of policy implementation in a public service context. Our research crosses several different disciplinary, methodological, and subject boundaries.
We bring a breadth of knowledge and a depth of experience to our work, taking an inter-disciplinary and inter-methodological approach. PSRG research falls under four overarching themes: Capability in the Public Service, Complex Systems, Ethics, and Inclusion. These themes encompass disability services reform, public service implementation, gender and flexible learning, project and program management, governance and management, and strategic human resources.
