Project Description

According to the ABS, around 60% of people in Australian prisons have previously been in prison. Upon release from prison people face a range of challenges, such as obtaining and maintaining employment, finding suitable and stable housing, reconnecting with family and friends, and addressing underlying addiction issues. These challenges are strongly linked to the likelihood of a person returning to prison. Future proposals that cover any of these areas or related topics - particularly qualitative research projects are welcome.
