Mr Bhirawa Anoraga

Bhirawa Anoraga is a PhD candidate in South-East Asia Social Inquiry, the University of New South Wales, Canberra, under the supervision of Dr Minako Sakai with research topic on civil society engagement and civic crowdfunding in Indonesia. His research interest covers the topics on religion, especially, Islam, civil society, socio-economic development, religious conflicts, new media and youth. Besides working on his thesis project, he is also working as the research assistant for Dr Sakai on research about Muslim women, entrepreneurship and religious authority in Indonesia.
