Abstract Research material used by Stephen Barry Clark when writing his M.A. thesis 'Vance Palmer : a consideration of his career in Australian letters', University of Sydney, July 1967. The thesis is based on Palmer's published and unpublished works, and also on the unpublished letters, diaries, journals, and note-books of Vance and Nettie Palmer, which are held by the National Library of Australia.
