On 28 March 2018, Professor Greg Austin briefed a meeting of the 8-member Multinational Interoperability Council (MIC) on the subject of "Credible Deterrence in the Contemporary Strategic Environment". A copy of the slide set can be found here. The briefing concentarted on the information warfare strategies of Russia, China and the United States, and their impact on deterence postures.
